It was the first event in the 2022 Fell Champs this weekend as 11 hardy Rams tackled the 2.5K up, 2.5K down Rivington Pike Fell Race!
A massive well done to Emma Palmer, Dean Corrie, Julia Martin, Rosie Cummings, Sarah Clarke, Isabel Akerstrom, Richard Thatcher, Mark Wolfenden, George Butler, Sam Akerstrom and Paula Pilling.
Easter weekend was a busy parkrunning weekend with a whole flock of Rams at various parkruns on Saturday including some far flung visits.
Adie Graham visited Cardiff parkrun Angela Ball was at Central parkrun, Plymouth, Cathryn Gawthorpe nipped across to Morecambe Prom parkrun.
Uber tourist Paula Jones went to Newborough Forest parkrun, Alistair McArthur crossed the Irish Sea and ran at Lough Key parkrun, Lisa Donnelly was at Dalby Forest parkrun, Chris Swainson visited Crichton parkrun in Scotland, Mark and Jo Wainwright went to Sandwell Valley parkrun while Alan Blagburn was at the beautifully named Peter Pan parkrun.
Adrian Booth visited Pontefract parkrun, Cecilia Woods headed for Southport parkrun and Zoe Molyneux was at Rotherham parkrun. Sacha Cooper visited Glossop parkrun while Simon Jones and Daniel Rawson took on Lytham Hall parkrun. There were also Rams at local events Bolton parkrun, Heaton parkrun, Burnley parkrun, Hyndburn parkrun, Worsley Woods, Watergrove parkrun, Haigh Woodland parkrun, Centre Vale parkrun and Peel parkrun* and Pendle parkrun* and our usual Cheshire Ram, Liz Chantler representing at Delamere parkrun.
